This immersive class connects students with our fall production of Shrek! Pull back the curtain and step into the world of understanding a BPA mainstage production… with the class being co-taught by our BPA lead teachers and none other than the director herself, Jessica Low! This immersive class connects students with our fall production of Shrek, exploring what it truly takes to bring a professional-caliber show to life. Through scene work, ensemble-building, choreo, and guest visits from members of the creative team, students will gain a deeper understanding of the rehearsal process, production elements, and artistic collaboration that shape a mainstage production. Designed for students ready to expand beyond foundational theatre skills, this class offers a unique bridge between Theatre School training and the Mainstage productions.

Pre-Req: Must have taken at least one full quarter of BPA theatre school classes, and must have a strong interest in theatre production and dedicated focus.
