Discover connection, confidence, and creativity through foundational acting, movement and even explore writing if you desire. All levels welcome—no experience required. Come to this supportive, low-pressure space to explore acting, basic choreography, and ensemble movement through scene work (opportunities to write and develop your own short scenes, guided exercises and more. This class supports presence, authenticity, and intro to coordination, while developing both acting and physical skills. Whether you’re new to theatre, returning after time away, or an experienced performer looking for a fresh creative outlet, this class offers an engaging and energizing way to start your morning and reconnect with creative practice this fall.
